For this project I made an animation that could replace the one already in the video of “6 tips for better sleep,” a Ted Talk by Matt Walker. Two of the six chapters in the video, “regularity” and “darkness,” were examined, and the script narrated by Matt is retraced with the help of an animated brain that illustrates the themes covered.
